One of several dungeon side quests you will unlock after the first big block of events in Brilehaven is “Superior Scrimshaw”, which will send you toMetaphor: ReFantazio’s spiraling Forsaken Tower. Here, you must contend with seven floors of increasingly challenging enemies before tangoing with the Orgas at the top of the food chain.
In this guide, we will cover your ascension in Forsaken Tower, including all treasures and the powerful enemies along your way. We will conclude with a direct link to our special guide to defeating Orgas with minimum difficulty. Set a course aboard your Gauntlet Runner for another monster-infested adventure.
How To Begin “Superior Scrimshaw”
Following the events atBrilehaven’s coliseum, the party will see their way in with Louis. Shortly thereafter, you’ll get a taste of theCharadrius, Louis' flagship. But before that, you can findthe craftsman at Brilehaven - Merchant’s Bazaar.
He wants you to seek outForsaken Tower, which will now be added to your map, and obtain theEbony Hornfrom theboss, an Orgas, who lies in wait at the top of the tower. Head there when you can!
It’s a bit of a hike to Forsaken Tower.Pick up other quests here in Brilehavenso that you can catch up to their own dungeon destinations while en route.

Trove Imitec
Weak to Light. Distracted by Gold Attack. Consult ourTrove Imitec boss guidefor the full scoop.
Potolpos
Ink Spew inflicts party-wide Malady. Powerful Pulverizer and Crushing Blow do Strike damage. Casts Blizza for single-target Ice damage. Resists Fire. Blocks Strike.
Orgo
Aims to inflict Daze on all with Earsplitting Shrief. Can cast Heat Riser to raise all its stats, and War Cry to decrease the party’s Attack and Defense. Fights with Strike-based attacks. Resists Strike. Weak to Dark.
Ascend the staircaseto reach the second floorand get ready for some right-off-the-bat battles withGoborns. The gorgeous-looking treasure chest right nearby is aTrove Imitec- rude welcome, eh? It drops aTurqoise.
The small octopus enemies herehave a quick-casting, area-of-effect,overworld attack. When it’s done,they explode, dealing severe damage.Watch out for them!
Grab the blue item,Magician White Mask, beforeheading upstairs. The nearest chest is anotherTrove Imitec.At least it has the good graces to leave behind aHero’s Leaf of Light.
Here on thesecond floor, pottery is everywhere - andPotolposlurk between them. It’s a veritable minefield, so take caution. you may find the blue items,Topaz and Golden Goblet, here.
The chest at the center is aSailcloth Cape,but the chestbefore the next floor is yet another Trove Imitec. It drops aSuperior Enigmatic Accessory.Press on, venturingupstairs.
Orga
Thefourth floor, as you’ll find, has a closed door.Heal before opening it, because there are a pair ofMagla Flowersinside. You might try togrind a little bit on these, especially for fast cash, but be warned:the indoor environment won’t provide much room to evade.
In one of the most obvious cases in the case, aGold Beetleis hanging out on the fourth floor.
TheOrgashere are weak toDark; we have a more thorough understanding of them in the table above. Make way to thefifth floor, and take note of the layout here.Open the door,but rather than charging in,trigger the Potolpos to explode.
Lure an Orgato the doorway, and carefullyslash them from the edge of the doorway on your side until they’re stunned.
Thesixth floorhas aMagla Flowerat the center. Thelarger enemies can easily stun youheading into battle if you don’t kite them around the room for a bit while you pick them off.
The Great Orgas
