Summary
A reliableNintendoleaker has emerged after a period of silence to update their Twitter banner and seemingly hint at an incomingSwitch2 reveal.
As every Nintendo fan ispainfullyaware of,we’ve all been waiting a very long time for the Switch 2 to be officially announced by the Big N, to the point where companies have even startedoutright confirming that they’re supporting the console before it’s been revealed. Although the wait has been painful, it seems that we might finally be reaching the finish line.
Pretty much every other week, there’s a new rumour from a leaker or insider suggesting that Nintendo is getting ready to announce the Switch 2,which, as we all know, doesn’t end up happening. While it’s become easy to dismiss those claims as they pop up, if there’s one insider you want to listen to, it’s Pyoro.
Nintendo Leaker Seems To Hint At Impending Switch 2 Reveal
For those that don’t know,Pyoro is an incredibly reliable Nintendo leaker that has had a very solid track record with their claims and hints, which were mostly delivered as teases instead of outright confirmations. After suggesting their source worked for Nintendo,Pyoro claimed to be deleting their account and has basically been silentthroughout most of the Switch 2’s rumour mill lifecycle.
That might be about to change, though. As pointed out by chicopancho_ on the GamingLeaksAndRumours subreddit, Pyoro recently made some very interesting changes to their still-private Twitter account, including changing their name to the sideways-looking eyes emoji. That’s already enough of a tease, butPyoro also changed their banner to a picture of Nintendo’s Alarmo.
While this might all mean nothing, it seems that Pyoro is suggesting that it’s almost time for Nintendo’s long-awaited reveal. Pyoro still hasn’t tweeted anything for a good while and has their account locked, but those following them were quick to report the tease-y changes. It’s also worth noting that Pyoro had a nearly perfect track record in the past, so if anyone is going to know it might be them.
In the comments underneath the Reddit post, Nintendo fans pointed out that this coming week might be the last chance for a Switch 2 reveal, since Nintendo’s next investor call is scheduled for November 5. Add that to the teases, and it certainly seems like the long road is coming to an end very soon.
