Simple But Efficient

Milk is one of the more common food items you may find in Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster. This food item is everywhere in the mall and provides a pretty decent health boost. These will sometimes come out of boxes or be found in empty stores.

Milk looks very similar to orange juice in terms of size and will even heal the same amount of four blocks of health. You can find milk in abundance within Seon’s Food and Stuff. Milk is also a vital ingredient for some ofthe best mixed juices in the game. However, there are still better options in terms of food and drink items.

Survive The Outbreak With Class

One of the classiest drinks in the entire game is wine. You will find an abundance of wine in the Cafeteria that you can use when you need a quick pick-me-up. You can also find an infinite supply within Seon’s Food and Stuff.

Wine will heal four health blocks from Frank but also has a secondary purpose. Two wines can be mixed together using a blender to produce the quickstep mixed juice. So whether you want to drink it directly or use it later to gain access to one of the best mixed juices in the game, it’s always handy to pick up a bottle whenever you come across it.

The Juice Is Loose

Coffee creamer and orange juice seemingly both heal four blocks of damage. However, that doesn’t mean they are equal in terms of usefulness. While tapping into the infinite source of coffee creamer requires you to go into Sean’s Food and Stuff, orange juice is by far more accessible.

There is an infinite supply of orange juice on the second floor of Paradise Plaza. This makes it an easy item to stock up on when you’re heading out for scoops. In addition to this, the placement of the supply also happens to be right next to a blender for nectar and within jumping distance of a katana. So you can properly prep with one visit.

Put The Pizza In The Microwave

An easy-to-miss detail that only Dead Rising veterans will rememberis that frozen foods can be cooked to improve their efficiency. This can be achieved by placing items such as frozen veggies in the microwave. One of the best items you can do this with is the frozen pizza which, when cooked, becomes the golden brown pizza.

Pixelated pizza never looked better. Fresh out of the microwave, you will notice that it has a slightly different item art when in your inventory. The pizza will also have smoke coming out of it to certify that it is fresh and ready to be eaten for four health blocks.

A Feast For The Hungry

Another item that you can cook is the steak. When you place it in the microwave, you can obtain the well-done steak. This item is one of the basic food items that heal the most without having to be turned into juice first. Raw meat will heal three blocks, but once you cook it, the well done steak will heal a whopping six health blocks.

Does Willamette Mall truly have the best meat in town? It will have to if you want to survive Infinity Mode. However, don’t forget to cook your raw meat, or you might end up with spoiled meat which is not as yummy to eat.

The Easiest Mixed Juice To Get

Once you get past the foods that are readily available in the mall, it’s time to set your eyes on the mixed juices. These are some of the best food and drink items you can get in the game, but they do require you to put in slightly more effort than usual.

Nectar is by far the easiest mixed juice to obtain. you’re able to make an infinite supply of nectar by utilizing the infinite spawn rate or orange juice on the second floor of Paradise Plaza. This juice acts as a double item, since drinking it heals you for six blocks of health and immediately gives you access to a queen you can add to your inventory.

Two Wines Make A Right

Fleetfoot is another fantastic healing item. Coincidentally enough, you can also mix this drink by putting two bottles of wine into a blender. Once again, this mixed drink will heal you for six blocks of health but has a more useful effect than nectar.

Fleetfoot makes Frank West travel faster on foot. This is an incredibly useful ability to have, since it helps you get to scoops faster when you find yourself in a time crunch. This is also a faster method than using the skateboard. So if you’re already going for the wine and have a few moments to spare, throw them into the blender and upgrade them into this useful item.

The Perfect Defense Against Psychopaths

The Psychopaths of Dead Risingcan be some of the most cumbersome enemies if you want to stick to the clock. They can withstand plenty of damage and will knock you down multiple times before they finally relent.

The best way to deal with them is by having powerful items that can put them down. However, if you are under-leveled, they might actually manage to end you a few times. Energizer will heal six blocks of health but also make you invincible for a limited time. This can be just what you need to deal with some of the toughest bosses in the game.
