Summary
Dash Morphs inThrone And Libertyare likely the morphs you’re going to be seeing the most; they’re the ones that essentially act as your sprint. Every dash morph does the same thing, meaning there’s no statistical difference between them, but the more morphs that you unlock, the more upgraded all of them are going to be.
All of the dash morphs are cool in one way or another, but some of them are just built different. These dash morphs really shine, occasionally literally, and are going to make other players around you do a double-take when they see you running by.
10Saber Taion
The Saber Taion dash morph is available right out of the gate, and is an absolute beaut. This combination of black mixed with this particular shade of blue really makes the blue feel energetic; it’s a blue you’re able to almost taste.
It’s also one of the bigger dash morphs there is, so if you’re looking to strike fear into the hearts of your enemies, this is going to be a strong pick.
9Ruffle Diatrima
Likely the first avian dash morph you’re going to acquire, the Ruffle Diatrima is obtained by investigating the Chief Terror Bird Nest in the Carmine Forest in Chapter 4. Complete that codex, and you’ll be able to hollow out your bones as this yellow fella.
While no dash morphs provide a statistical benefit, those that are a little smaller could be said to have a very slight advantage in PvP. While their hitbox is likely the same, their smaller frame might make them a little more difficult to see, making escapes or ambushes possibly a little more consistent.
8Shadow Skoll
The Shadow Skoll is, inarguably, a good dog. Getting this good dog requires completing the At Henry’s Grave objective in Chapter 2. This is a main quest, meaning everybody should obtain the Shadow Skoll prettyearly on in their adventure.
The Shadow Skoll is one of the most basic-looking wolves in the game, wearing an armored backpiece that almost looks like a saddle. It’s normal-nature only serves to make it look more pettable.
7Fenrian Skoll
If you’re looking for a more vicious-looking pup, the Fenrian Skoll hears your call. This dash morph can be acquired in multiple different ways: either by defeating the Lycan Kowazan or Kowazan world bosses, or by obtaining it randomly in a Mystic Portal, which are scattered throughout the world.
While every dog is a good dog, the Fenrian Skoll would definitely get a more hesitant pet with its gold armor adorning its body. It glows green on the legs, and looks ready for more or less anything that gets thrown at it.
6Radiant Wolf
If a brighter wolf is more your thing, then the Radiant Wolf is going to be more your jam. The Radiant Wolf is not earnable in-game (it’s a free-to-play-game, after all) but is obtained by purchasing either the Deluxe or Ultimate Early Access Pack.
WIth white fur with pink-and-purple highlights, this is definitely a bright morph that could bring some light into some of the darker areas of the world. The inhabitants of those darker areas might not appreciate it, but they’ll get over it.
5Ancient Taion
Possibly the most ferocious-looking Taion in the game, the Ancient Taion is obtained by completing the Temple of Slaughter Secret Dungeon, making it a dash morph you aren’t going to be getting until after you’ve hit level 50.
There’s just something about the Ancient Taion that looks particularly powerful; maybe it’s the glowing blue eyes adding a bit extra expressiveness. Whatever it is, it’s a dash morph you wouldn’t want to see coming at you out of the darkness.
4Shadow Lion
The Shadow Lion dash morph takes the color scheme of the Radiant Wolf, and flips it to push something that has the maximum amount of contrast. It’s obtained by purchasing any of the early access packs.
Inky black fur mixed with the bright neon purple/pink and glowing eyes make this possibly the coolest-looking dash morph in the game. It’s big, has spiky armor, and has glowing purple energy coming off of it. What’s not to like?
3Arkhan Diatrima
A very regal-looking bird, the Arkhan Diatrima is obtained in the Special Shop for 800 Lucent. Almost entirely white save for the tips, it’s got glowing blue energy coming out of its head and tail.
This is one of the smallest dash morphs in the game, so if you’re looking to use something smaller than a Taion or just enjoy birds, the Arkhan Diatrima is going to be one to keep an eye out for.
2Lightning Purpuma
A big glowing cat without the mane, the Lightning Purpuma is purchasable with 750 Lucent. Aside from the fact that Purpuma is just a fantastic word, it’s one of the most slender big cats in the game, as opposed to the bulkier lions.
With crackling blue energy fluctuating around its body like electricity, Purpuma looks a bit like what if The Flash’s cat, Streaky, was much bigger and quite a bit more ferocious-looking.
1Fluffy Almiraz
The Fluffy Almiraz is just a little thing, essentially a bunny that borrowed the horn from a unicorn and hit that horn with a shrink ray. It’s part of the Silver Celebration Package in the shop, alongside the Golden Lutrang Swim Morph and 2,875 Lucent.
This is most definitely the smallest dash morph there is, with this little bunny hopping around with some serious speed for its size. It would be quite the juxtaposition to stand next to a friend’s Lion morph with this little thing, but happily, they could both pack the same punch.
