While the Dragon Ball universe is filled with god-like beings, powerful Saiyans, and otherworldly creatures, the human characters hold a special place in fans' hearts. InDragon Ball: Sparking Zero, several of these humans make their mark with unique abilities and playstyles.

From Mr. Satan’s stage presence to Krillin’s battle-hardened skills, the human roster provides a fun variety of characters to explore. While they may not possess the sheer power of Saiyans or Namekians, these characters are packed with charm and tactical advantages, as well as plenty of personality from the characters that first journeyed with Goku in his adventures.

Dragon Ball Sparking Zero image showing Uub.

8Uub

Barely Human

Uub, the human reincarnation of Kid Buu, may be powerful, but he barely qualifies as a true human. In Sparking Zero, Uub possesses incredible potential with strong melee attacks and a moveset influenced by his Majin counterpart, and he was fortunately given a revised moveset, since he was one of the worst characters of Budokai Tenkaichi 3.

Despite his strength, Uub ranks at the bottom due to his blurred line between human and Majin, but he remains a solid pick for players looking for a powerful yet unconventional character. His transformation delves deeper into his Majin origins, and while that moveset is even better, it is even further away from what a human can do.

7Master Roshi

A Nostalgic Pick

Master Roshi, the Turtle Hermit, is one of the most iconic human characters in the Dragon Ball series. In Sparking Zero, Roshi brings a nostalgic touch with his signature moves like the “Original Kamehameha,” including an emotional scene where he feels proud ofboth Krillin and Goku, the students of the Turtle School of Martial Arts.

He’s a bit cumbersome to control due to his slower movement and limited agility, not to mention the fact that he can’t even fly. While his techniques pack a punch, his clunky playstyle makes him challenging to use effectively in fast-paced combat.

6Videl

An Agile Fighter

Videl’s agility and martial arts skills make her a nimble fighter in Sparking Zero. Her swift melee attacks allow her to keep pressure on opponents, and she can dodge and weave through combat effectively without needing the aid of eitherGohan or the Great Saiyaman.

However, Videl lacks powerful energy blasts, limiting her range and making her less versatile compared to others on this list. She’s great for players who prefer close combat and speed, but her lack of offensive variety prevents her from ranking higher.

5Yajirobe

Someone Order Senzu Beans?

Yajirobe might not be the most powerful fighter in the Dragon Ball universe, but his unique ability to heal himself with Senzu beans gives him an interesting edge in Sparking Zero. While his attacks are relatively weak, his ability to restore health mid-battle can make him surprisingly durable in longer fights.

Yajirobe is best used as a defensive character, stalling for time while keeping himself in the game with healing abilities. He’s certainly not the strongest, but his healing gives him an advantage that sets him apart from other human characters.

4Yamcha

The Underdog With A Wolves' Fist

Yamcha often gets a bad reputation in the Dragon Ball series, but in Sparking Zero, he proves himself to be a solid fighter. His Wolf Fang Fist and rapid melee strikes make him a formidable opponent at close range, while his Spirit Ball makes for quite the flashy finisher.

Yamcha might lack the overwhelming power of some other characters, but his speed and well-rounded abilities make him a reliable pick for players who want a balanced, human fighter. While he’s not at the top, Yamcha holds his own in combat with agility and strength.

3Tien

A Triple Eye Staredown

Tien is one of the more serious and disciplined human fighters, and in Sparking Zero, his techniques reflect his battle-hardened nature. Moves like the Tri-Beam give Tien a powerful ranged option, while his martial arts skills make him dangerous up close.

Tien is versatile, able to switch between offense and defense, and his tactical playstyle makes him a popular pick for players looking for a balanced yet powerful human character. His ultimate attacktrades health for power, letting him finish his opponent off with a final risky move.

Dragon Ball Sparking Zero image showing Krillin.

2Krillin

The Strongest Human

Krillin is often considered the strongest pure human in the Dragon Ball series, and in Sparking Zero, his skills reflect his many years of experience fighting alongside the Z Fighters. With his signature Destructo Disc and strong defensive abilities, Krillin can handle himself well in both offensive and defensive situations.

His speed and energy attacks make him a versatile fighter, capable of taking on stronger opponents and holding his own in intense battles. His moveset in Sparking Zero makes this version of Krillin the strongest he’s ever been while staying true to his original roots.

Dragon Ball Sparking Zero image showing Mr Satan.

1Mr. Satan (Hercule)

The Weakest Human, The Best Pick

Mr. Satan may be the weakest character in terms of raw power, but his sheer entertainment value makes him the top human in Sparking Zero. With his flashy stage presence, humorous attacks, and over-the-top antics, Mr. Satan is a joy to play as, even if he’s not the most effective fighter.

His attacks often involve trickery and gimmicks, making him fun to watch and perfect for players who enjoy lighthearted characters. While he’s not going to win any battles based on strength, Mr. Satan’s charm and fun factor make him the best human character for a good time.
