Ever sinceHonkai: Star Railhas started focusing on releasing more follow-up characters, it has been obvious that these characters are meant to be played in a synergistic team. Most follow-up-based units won’t give you any value if you try to use them in a standalone team even if you give them all the buffs.
Thankfully, Feixiao is a bit different when it comes to that. While this Wind unit following the path of The Hunt still functions thebest in a follow-up team, you may easily use her in a hyper team to get some value too.
Best Feixiao Team
If you have all four units mentioned above, there’s no denying the fact thatit’ll be the most valuable team you’ll have for Feixiao. Not only does she get a ton of damage bonuses from this team, but you can also see some significant damage dealt by other party members apart from Feixiao herself.
Robin is a Harmony character designed to work with follow-up teams since she has a high energy cost for her Ultimate, but gets free energy whenever a party member performs an attack, which works the best in these teams due to consistent extra follow-up attacks. In her Ultimate, Robin can significantly boost the damage output of every attack.
This is due to both the ATK bonus provided and theextra damage she deals with each attack, including follow-ups.
On the other hand, Topaz is arguably the best team member for Feixiao since she can provide awhopping 50 percent follow-up DMG increase to the enemy that has her mark. This is the best buff for Feixiao since her Ultimate is also considered a follow-up attack, which allows it to enjoy this buff.
Finally, Aventurine is a great sustainer for this team since he can not only consistently shield the team, but also perform his own follow-up attacks andincrease the Crit DMG taken by the enemies with his Ultimate. While playing this team, it’s important to focus all your attacks on one enemy at a time.
Topaz’s mark and Aventurine’s Ultimate can alsoapply their effects to only one enemy at a time, which works out perfectly.
Feixiao Hyper Team
Instead of getting damage from your entire team,if you want to focus specifically on Feixiao’s damage, this team will be your best choice. While it might seem like a skill-point-heavy team,Sparkle’s Ultimate can circumvent the extra SP usage, which gets even better if you haveBronya’s signature Light Coneon one of the supports.
The goal with this team is to consistently give Feixiao turnsusing the movement advancement from both Sparkle and Bronya. Moreover, you’re able to get the buffs provided from both their Ultimates and Sparkle’s Skill before triggering Feixiao’s Ultimate to see much higher damage than you normally would in her follow-up team.
Since Feixiao will get consistent movement advancement in this team, you canbuild ATK boots on her instead of SPD.
When it comes to the support, Aventurine will still be your best choice. However, you may also try out Fu Xuan since she can give Feixiao a bunch of Crit Rate, whichallows you to focus more on Crit DMG with her relics.
Feixiao F2P Team
Usually, when you think of an F2P-friendly team for a unit, you’d usually expect a massive drop in overall damage from their best team. Thankfully, this is not the case when it comes to Feixiao since both Moze and March 7th on The Hunt path can be phenomenal supports because of the buffs they can provide.
Not only do these characters launch extra follow-up attacks to help Feixiao get her Ultimate faster, but alsoprovide a significant boost to Feixiao’s Crit DMG, DMG, SPD, and Break Effect. Even the last buff is useful for Feixiao since she can easily get rid of an enemy’s Toughness bar during her Ultimate.
You’ll need the second Eidolon for March 7th to get her follow-up attack butthis can be done for free through one of the eventsin Conventional Memoir.
Finally, Gallagher is the best choice for a sustainer in this team due to his ability to increase Break DMG taken by the enemies, which slightly buffs Feixiao. However,if you’re having trouble keeping your team alive, you can also go for Lynx for better healing.
