Tsukishima is one of the most psychopathic villains in Bleach, considering how he felt no qualms about causing his opponent great emotional damage. He had the ability to alter a person’s memories, essentially becoming a part of their life, which led to mental stress.

Tsukishima’s power to glance at his enemies' memories helped him gain an advantage over their insecurities. He also likes to toy with the nerves of his opponents and even becomes a part of his family as a means to anger Ichigo. Muramasa leads the rebellion arc, turning all Zanpakutos against their Soul Reaper’s owners. He is mistreated by his Master Koga and ends up becoming vengeful, making him one of the most pitiful villains in Bleach with a sad backstory. After Koga breaks him apart, Muramasa refuses to help him, and this leads to the death of his master.

The rebellion he led was a nuisance to deal with when the Soul Reaper’s own swords started to fight against them. Muramasa’s hurt and anger are expressed throughout his battle with Ichigo, and it ends with him finally taking some accountability for his actions, apologizing as he gets recognized by Ichigo.

Nnoitra is one of the most heartless villains in Bleach who thinks nothing of inflicting other characters with brutal wounds and scars. He is constantly thirsty for blood and wants to become the strongest Espada. He has a proud sense of self and does not like being pitied or looked down upon.

His Brutality makes him one of the most memorable villains in Bleach. Nnoitra does not hesitate in killing weak Arrancars and Hollows and ends up harming Nelliel, leaving her scarred simply because he couldn’t stand her to be stronger than him. His characters are most befitting a good antagonist.

Gin appears to be a sly man and isn’t really likable during earlier story arcs. Ichimaru is shown to be despicable and often messes up with other’s feelings. Ichimaru betrays Aizen, outsmarting him for a while, and reveals himself to be a spy. All he ever wanted was to take revenge on Aizen for hurting his childhood friend Rangiku. His redemption during the battle with Aizen remains one of the most emotional moments in the anime that led to his death.

Yhwach is one of the cruelest villains in the anime world and is not hesitant in his revenge against the Soul Reapers. His invasion of the Soul Society left it massively damaged and left all residents in despair. There is no shred of any mercy left in him as he kills those Quincies who failed to perform adequately.

Not only does he possess a lot of strength, but Yhwach is also very cunning, as he tricks Genryusai and ends up killing him, leaving Gotei 13 without a Leader. He also had no trouble taking on Squad Zero with confidence.

Ulquiorra is one of the best-written characters in Bleach, considering his character development while he tries to understand more about the nature of the heart. While he kidnapped Orihime and was shown to be ruthless at times, he also displayed more emotions than any other Arrancar.

Ichigo’s battle with Ulquiorra is tough, and he almost ends up dying when Ulquiorra reveals his second form. Ulquiorra’s death was one of the most emotional ones in Bleach and remains memorable. Ulquiorra had some great philosophical quotations in the anime as he contemplates about humans.

He keeps Ichigo and everyone else around the palm of his hands with his devious plans. He appears as a man with a calm demeanor, but that pretense is soon shaken away.

Aizen’s thirst for power led him to commit many atrocities, including hurting his own subordinates, who trusted him a lot. He is so strong that Ichigo has to sacrifice his Soul Reaper powers to beat him. Yet he couldn’t be killed and remains sealed in the Soul Society.
