Newer Pokemon debuting in thePokemon TCGcan often appear prominently in a single set before they eventually become part of the standard set inclusions. Revavroom appeared in a few sets in the Scarlet & Violet era, posting solid values, even though they were well short ofthe most expensive cards in the S&V era.
While it is unlikely Revavroom will ever reach the heights ofthe most valuable Sylveon cards, this engine Pokemon is beginning to carve out a decent niche. With more Scarlet & Violet sets to come, there may be some new additions to the most expensive Revavroom cards soon, so keep your eyes peeled for more.
Cards are ordered according to theirTCGPlayerMarket Price, which represents what you might pay on average for a copy of the cards below.
5Revavroom Ex: Shrouded Fable (Ultra Rare) – $1.01
Crashing Into The Top Five
Revavroom knows how to make an entry, as this engine kicks things into gear with a respectable start in Shrouded Fable. While this card doesn’t crack the top tier ofvaluable cards in Shrouded Fable, its one-dollar price tag isn’t too bad for a new Pokemon.
Some Pokemon struggle to break into the dollar range as they remain in obscurity, but Revavroom’s best cards show signs of hope for this unusual Scarlet & Violet Pokemon.
Luckily, since Revavroom is such a new addition to the Pokemon TCG, you should be able to find all of its cards in near-mint(NM)condition. However, even in clean condition, this card is experiencing a price collapse,as the value slides from $1.60 and seems liable to continue its decline.
4Revavroom (Prerelease): S&V Promo Cards (Promo) – $1.37
A Promo Premium
Promo cards that don’t bear a special art or other noteworthy distinction usually sell for slightly more than a standard card might, with thisRevavroom clocking in at $1.37.The Scarlet & Violet stamp on the bottom right denotes the card’s pre-release status.
However, with another promo variant to come, this card’s value will likely ebb and flow under its superior’s price.
This card was rising toward the two-dollar plateau for a brief period but has seen a sharp drop from $1.60 down toward the $1.30 mark. Though there are no signs of a rebound for this rare Revavroom yet, it’s worth keeping an eye on as time goes as, withpromos tending to become more valuable as they become harder to find.
3Revavroom: Paldean Fates (Shiny Rare) – $2.02
Covering All Bases
Revavroom is getting an excellent variety of cards thus far, this time with its golden baby shiny version setting a newtwo-dollar standard for the rest of Revavroom’s best cards. While its price can’t bring it in line withthe most valuable cards in Paldean Fates, this card’s appeal is undeniable.
Revavroom’s inclusion gave it its first-ever shiny variant in the Pokemon TCG, a rare distinction that many Pokemon miss out on.
After the expected dip following this card’s release, it continues to show positive signs, trending upward from $1.73 to $2.03 during the summer of 2024, eclipsing former highs around that time of $1.90. Giventhe popularity of shiny Pokemonin the TCG, this card is likely to see its price increase over time.
2Revavroom Ex: Obsidian Flames (Special Illustration Rare) – $2.43
A Gorgeous Illustration Debut
This Revavroom SIR is an excellent example of what you can expect fromthe most valuable cards in Obsidian Flames,as this bold, detailed art style is a trademark of the set.
Unfortunately, Revavroom can get lost in this card’s design, given the clashing combination of diagonal lines and bold colors.
Appropriately, this card’s price is all over the place, dropping as low as $2.31 and soaring as high as $3.13,which may not sound like a wide range, but it’s quite a gap considering the context of the prices in question. Prices have dipped more heavily, but don’t give a clear indication of where they may head next.
1Revavroom (Staff Prerelease): S&V Promo Cards (Promo) – $37.53
Hitting The Gas
Don’t worry, you’re not seeing double – this card art is the same as the Revavroom promo from earlier, but bears a notable difference: a “Staff” stamp on the bottom left of the card’s artwork. This small word shifts this card into gear as itroars up the charts to a $37.50 value.
This card is becoming more difficult to find on TCGplayer, with fewer recent sales to point to as references. However, this card’s value is likely to stay in the $30 range once more sales confirm its price point. For now, older sales place this Staff Revavroom a bit north of that plateau, but time will tell what the future has in store for this engine Pokemon.
