Every Pokemon in thePokemon TCGhas to debut somewhere, and Ursaluna’s young career is underway with a handful of cards to enjoy. While its career is very young, Ursaluna already has a decent range of cards to collect from as cheap as $0.10 to over $40 at the top end of the spectrum.
Luckily, there’s still plenty of time for Ursaluna’s cards to soar into the stratosphere and mingle amongthe most valuable in the Scarlet & Violet era.Ursaluna’s best cards primarily hail from Twilight Masquerade, though you may be surprised to know that his Pokemon debuted in Astral Radiance, but didn’t get much fanfare until the Sword and Shield era ended.
Cards are ordered according to theirTCGPlayerMarket Price, which you might pay on average for a copy of the cards below.
7Bloodmoon Ursaluna: Shrouded Fable (Rare) – $0.10
A Humble Start
Bloodmoon Ursaluna begins its Pokemon TCG career with several filler cards that introduce it to the scene but don’t hone in on the Pokemon’s best qualities yet.
While Ursaluna debuted longbefore Shrouded Fable, the Bloodmoon version only appeared starting in Twilight Masquerade in the Scarlet & Violet era.
This card from Shrouded Fable is likely to remain in the basement of Ursaluna’s best cards, as ten cents is likely to be the highest this card commands for the foreseeable future.
6Ursaluna: Astral Radiance (Rare) – $0.12
An Unfortunate Debut
Ursaluna’s debut wasn’t met with much fanfare, as it snuck in under the radar, completely overshadowed bythe most valuable cards from Astral Radiance. While the value is barely higher than the first Ursaluna card, this Astral Radiance versionoffers a much calmer, gentle depictionof this bear Pokemon.
With hundreds of available listings around the ten-cent plateau, this card is likely to remain firmly in that region, as cards like this rarely fluctuate in value much. The only reason to collect a card like this is for a set or if it becomes relevant in the TCG, and neither is likely to send this card up much more.
5Ursaluna V: Silver Tempest (Ultra Rare) – $0.36
Small Improvements
The Ursaluna V is a great portrayal of the Pokemon that features some wonderful snowy accents to liven up the scene with small, sparkling details. The shimmer of light that reflects on Ursaluna’s claw helps to tie this simple but successful depiction together.
While Ursaluna can’t come close to competing withthe most valuable cards from Silver Tempest, this card once sat closer to $0.70, but has seen a sharp decline following the release of newer Ursaluna cards of higher quality than this one. However, it’s a low cost of entry if you just want to own an Ursaluna card.
4Bloodmoon Ursaluna EX: Twilight Masquerade (Double Rare) – $1.57
Clawing Its Way Up
The Twilight Masquerade double rare features the most ferocious depiction of Bloodmoon Ursaluna thus far, as it roars andslashes at the air while its claws emit red sparks. If you compare this with the previous card, you’ll notice the collection of intimidating details that combine to make this Bloodmoon version more terrifying.
This card stands with a value almost five times more than the prior Ursaluna, as this Pokemon leaves the cents behind for some serious dollars. This is the start of a bright future full of valuable cards from Twilight Masquerade.
3Bloodmoon Ursaluna Ex: Twilight Masquerade (Ultra Rare) – $2.80
The First Of A Trio
Get used to this depiction of Ursaluna, asthe designis currently the most prominent portrayal of this bear Pokemon, as itappears multiple times in Twilight Masqueradewith a variety of different colors and tints to differentiate each iteration from the next.
This Ultra Rare features an appropriate red background that gives this card the perfect combination of colors for Bloodmoon Ursaluna to shine as the center of attention. Keep your attention on this card’s trajectory, as itcollapsed after release from its initial ten-dollar valueand settled around $3.30 before continuing its descent.
2Bloodmoon Ursaluna Ex: Twilight Masquerade (Hyper Rare) – $10.64
Gleaming Brighter Than Ever
We move from red to gold, as Bloodmoon Ursaluna ditches the more appropriate color palette to enter the Hyper Rare tier with this predominantly gold artwork. Despite the subjectivity of the gold vs red backgrounds, this card reflects a similar price trend to its prior version.
The Hyper Rare Bloodmoon Ursaluna Ex opened at $30 and dropped immediately into the low teens before rebounding back toward the $15 mark. While it’s likely to require a lot of time before rising higher than its current price, this card remains one of the best Ursaluna cards thus far.
1Bloodmoon Ursaluna Ex: Twilight Masquerade (Special Illustration Rare) – $40.32
The Land Of Milk And Honey
This breathtaking Bloodmoon Ursaluna card isone of the most expensive ones you can find in Twilight Masquerade, despite continuing to drop in value since its release. This depiction of Bloodmoon Ursaluna is a much more tender scene, featuring Teddiursa and Munchlax in the background.
Cards that feature multiple Pokemon are likely to command attention and increase in value over time given their wider appeal.
Unfortunately, this Ursaluna card was estimated at around $80 on release, quickly falling into the $60 range in the weeks following. While it continues to plummet toward the $40 plateau, this Ursaluna is likely to rebound in value if it remains the best Ursaluna depiction ever.
