Many of them might be weaker, but their resilience made them notable characters. They have strong physiques and interesting abilities that can overpower many other characters in an anime. So this list ranks them based on their strength and the impact they caused in their series.
Nezuko Kamado
As a human Nezuko was a frail girl, but she was transformed into a demon by Muzan and ended up becoming stronger physically. She is also the only demon who can withstand sunlight without getting scorched, making her a potential target of Muzan’s army.
While she lost control in her demon form initially, Tanjiro manages to calm her down, and she learns to assist Tanjiro when he is in trouble, saving his life against the battle with some Upper Moons. Using her Blood Demon art, Nezuko can use her blood to severely damage demons with the pink fire.

The acting wife of Loid Forger has a secret identity that she has kept hidden from her family. In the dark hours of the night, Yor Forger takes the guidance of Throne Princess, a ruthless assassin who kills every target without fail. Her power also lets her create an army of ice soldiers that can overwhelm a town’s defense completely. Esdeath not only relies on her Demon’s Extract but she is also strong physically. She had no trouble taking on the revolutionary army, and Akame had to give it her all to remove her threatening existence from the empire.
Jolyne Cujoh
Jolyne is the only female protagonist in the Jojo Bizzare Adventure series, yet she is an impactful character as her stand Stone Free is strong. She appears as a whiny teenager and had a hard time adjusting to her prison life, but using her abilities she didn’t allow other prisoners to have their way with her.
Stone Free is shown to be an offensive stand similar to Jotaro, but it excels not only at close-range combat but Jolyne can also utilize its strings in various other ways during her battles. She can also do some spy work by extending her string through long distances.
