Aries is a zodiac sign often associated with aggression, and there aren’t many better aggressive characters in Deadlock than Seven. He is theperfect character to pick fights with, no matter which phase of the game you are in, and he specializes in coming out on top.
Just like most Aries,Seven also works best by himselfand doesn’t need any help from his teammates to be so good. His Ultimate is a great example of how his aggressiveness can be so decisive in Deadlock, as he is able to take out full teams of opponents if they get caught out in it.
11Taurus - Kelvin
A Perfect Choice For The Chaotic Bulls
Just like their zodiac symbol of the bull, Taurus people are known to befierce and disruptive, and Kelvin is probably the most disruptive character you can choose in Deadlock due to his ability to cause so much chaos.
His Frost Grenade and his Arctic Beam are two of the most annoying abilities to deal with for opponents, and his Ultimate might just be one of the strongest in the game, as it creates a dome that slows down all opponents while healing his allies.
10Gemini - Lady Geist
A Risky But Rewarding Choice
Lady Geist is one of the mosthigh-risk, high-rewardheroes in the game, which makes her a great fit for the Geminis, who are known to be notoriously two-faced and manipulative. Most of her abilities are based around sacrificing her own health to cause damage to opponents or draining enemy health to heal herself.
Although her personality may not share the youthful, high-energy traits that Geminis are known for, her playstyle is good enough to make up for it.
9Cancer - Dynamo
For The Friendly Cancerians
Cancer people are regularly described as some of the most friendly and loyal people out there, and Dynamo seems to fit in quite well with these stereotypes. Although he is a versatile hero, a lot of his abilities, such as his Kinetic Pulse and his Ultimate Singularity,work best when combined with teammates, and he isquite reliant on his team to make a strong impact.
He also has a healing ability that can regenerate his allies' health, and another ability is called the Rejuvenating Aurora, which works best when combined with allies, making him a true team player, just like most Cancers.
8Leo - Abrams
For The Control-Loving Leos
Abrams is the perfect character for all Leos, mainly due tohis ability to be so controlling and dominating, which is a trait we see in many Leos. His different skills, such as his Shoulder Barge, allow him to get up close to enemies and take melee and shotgun fights, which he excels at due to his tanky nature.
The ability to self-heal during and after fights only adds to his dominating nature, and taking on an Abrams in a 1 vs 1 fight can be a nightmare due to this reason, especially in the late game.
7Virgo - Warden
A Strategic Hero For The Tactical Virgos
We’re not sure whether it is his cool backstory of being born to a family of supernatural being-slayers or his personality and abilities that let him lead the team from the frontlines, but Warden gives us more Virgo energy than any other character in the game.
Virgos will especially enjoy using Warden because ofhow thoughtful you have to be about his abilitiesto get the most value out of them. From the Alchemical Flask to the Binding Word, most of Warden’s abilities require great strategy and communication.
6Libra - Ivy
A Versatile Hero For The Indecisive Libras
Libras are known to be indecisive and well-balanced people, and Ivy is the closest thing we have to them in Deadlock due to how versatile she is as a character. Her different abilities allow her to heal her teammates, cause a lot of damage, and take control of areas as well, which shows how flexible she can be.
What’s even better about this hero is that you can customize her build to focus on whatever type of role you feel like playing, which gives a lot more options for Libras, who can’t just stick to one style of play.
5Scorpio - Grey Talon
A Cunning Predator
Scorpios are often associated with being intense and cunning people, and Grey Talon perfectly suits this description through his voice lines as well as his playstyle. Even his in-game description describes Grey Talon as a cunning predator, as his traps and long-range weapons make hima mysterious and intimidating opponent.
Grey Talon is also one of the best characters to play in Deadlock, and every Scorpio will enjoy taking their time and being strategic with his abilities to pick enemies off.
4Sagittarius - Lash
For The Fun-Loving Sagittarians
Lash is probably the funniest character in Deadlock, based on his hilarious voice lines, and he perfectly suits the role of a Sagittarius, who are generally known for their humorous energy. In terms of his playstyle, Lash is very annoying to deal with due to his movement abilities that allow him to get up and close to opponents.
Lash and his whip also make for some of the most fun interactions in the game, such as being able to get to targets by grappling towards them and being able to pull enemies into the air with his Ultimate.
3Capricorn - Mo & Krill
For The Hard-Working Capricorns
Every game in Deadlock is very chaotic due to how many abilities and heroes there are. But if you choose to go with Mo & Krill, then you’re bound to be even more busy, as these heroes have a variety of abilities thatmake them the center of attention, even in a game full of other heroes.
Capricorns will definitely enjoy playing this character due to their high work-rates, and how many different play styles they will have to employ. From flanking opponents underground to using Scorn to win lane fights to using their ultimate to combo attacks with their allies, Mo & Krill are involved in so many aspects of the game which keeps them busy at all times.
