The training you give to your Battle Buddies plays a vital role in combat inFarmagia. You can level up your stats, which improves the Parameters of Buddies, making them last longer in Mazes. Some United Forms will also require you to reach certain stat levels to equip them.
You also need to consider that your Battle Buddies will have different stat suitability, based on their abilities in battles. Increasing the wrong Parameters will waste your level-up materials, and it will become a liability during combat.

During training, there are a few stats that you will focus on toincrease the Parameters of your Battle Buddies. When you train your Buddies, they will also level up and become much more formidable.

Description
Attack
Your assaults, Unite Blitz, Fusion and all other attack become much stronger.
HP
You will lose a Battle Buddy’s health once they get KO’d, be careful as your Buddy may end up dying once you run out of it.
Defense
If you don’t want your Battle Buddy to die after it’s KO’d, work on your defense to make it harder for enemies to deplete HP.
KO Attack
This is a crucial stat, which can deplete an opponent’s KO Gauge, which means more Blitz attacks.
KO Stamina
Increasing your KO stamina makes it harder for enemies to KO your Battle Buddies.
Increases the odds of critical attacks on enemies.
Which Stats To Level Up First
To make sure that your Battle Buddies perform well, choose the stats that will make them shine the most. There are a few stats you should prioritize over others depending onthe strengths of your Buddy type.
Support, Formation, Long-Range Attacker, Close-Range Attacker
TheEndurance stat will work well for Close-Range Attacker and Formation-type Buddies, as it will allow you towithstand more attacks, especially if you have to battle near the enemy.You don’t need it for Long-Range Attackers, since they arefighting from far away. BothClose-Range and Long-Range Attackersperform well with theAttack stat.
It’s also a great idea tolevel up defense for your Close-Range and Formation Buddies. Your Support Buddies will help you a lot during combat as theyinflict status effects on enemies, so make sure theyhave a high HP and overall defenseby leveling upDefense, Endurance and Meditation stats.
If you want todeplete an enemy’s KO gauge faster, you can also invest inTeamwork, especially for yourFormation and Close-Range Attackers. Though Long-Range Attackers will also benefit from Teamwork slightly.The Meditation statincreases your HP and Critical Rate, so itis suitable for all Buddy types.
