While you’re out fighting for your life against the violent Deviants and soldiers inOnce Human, you might fail to notice how beautifully crafted the world actually is. Considering the Stardust pollution that has destroyed much of the environment, the natural beauty of the region still manages to shine through.

Across the map of Once Human, there are plenty of settlements and quest points that you will travel to. If you limit yourself to only these areas, you may be missing out on the gorgeous views of the untouched corners of the region. Take your truck out and get your miles in by taking a drive to these breathtaking locations.

Margerie’s Red Sands Harbor in Once Human.

You can find Margerie hanging out in plenty of harbors around the map. One harbor you might miss is along the eastern edge of the Red Sands region. What sets this harbor apart from the rest is how isolated it is and the gorgeous view it offers of the rising sun while you fish.

Chalk Peak’s Mangroves in Once Human.

This harbor is where Margerie sells the Frozen Northern Pike B.P.

The harbor sits next to a large cliff and is next to a beach where you’re able to fish for fish like Northern Pike and more.

Chalk Peak’s Waterfalls in Once Human.

Chalk Peak is large and a lot of its space is untouched by human or Deviant settlements. That said, the region boasts plenty of gorgeous locations with not so much as a teleporter nearby.

Chalk Peak’s Channels in Once Human.

One sight you may have missed is the lush mangrove forests that line the southern edge of the Chalk Peak region. In this area, you can stroll around the shallow waters and enjoy the view of the mangroves sitting by the ocean. Flamingos can also be seen scurrying in between the trees.

Chalk Peak’s Lavender Field in Once Human.

A bit further west from the mangrove forests is a series of bridges overlooking different waterfalls. There is even a bridge you may cross and see a majestic view of two waterfalls next to each other. It’s worth heading out here with your bike and crossing the numerous bridges to see all the different waterfalls that Chalk Peak has to offer.

Some bridges overlap with restricted areas of the map. Make sure not to head too far west and to heed Mitsuko’s warnings if she tells you to head back.

Broken Delta’s Wind Chime Forest in Once Human.

While hanging out in the southern area of the Chalk Peak region, you’ll see waterfalls in the north and breathtaking views of the channels emptying out into the ocean in the south. The southwest corner of the map has several of these channels of different sizes and their majesty makes it such a shame that they’re in a very isolated area of the map.

Chalk Peak’s Mountain Range in Once Human.

The area is also relatively flat, making it easy to set up a territory with a pretty view and plenty of water to gather.

Red Sand’s Pampas Grass Field in Once Human.

Another beautiful location in the west section of Chalk Peak is a lavender field sitting on a small hill. If you stand in the center of the field, you can enjoy a panoramic view of Chalk Peak’s various mountain ranges.

This place also makes for a great base location because of the wide space, flat land, and the teleporter sitting in the corner.

Chalk Peak’s Wind Chime Forest in Once Human.

The hill is wonderful because there are no obstructions around, making every angle around you very scenic. The night views are also very breaktaking thanks to the clear view of the sky.

A Lavender Beach in Once Human.

If you’re a fan of purple hues, there is a purple wind chime forest in the Broken Delta region. Sitting on the side of a hill, these trees provide a view of a sea of purple with their curiously colored leaves.

The top of the hill has a teleporter, making it a prime spot for a base. Granted, it will be a bit challenging to build on the side of a hill. This location also has plenty of blueberry bushes so you can enjoy a cup of fresh blueberry juice anytime.

True to its name, Chalk Peak features a lot of mountain peaks that offer great views. One mountain has a long trail leading up to its summit, making it an easy hike up. You can even take your bike up to the top.

On the highest point of the trail is a great spot to set up camp or to just enjoy a 360-degree view of the world. The sight of the night sky from this area is especially breathtaking with the unobstructed view of where the sea of stars meets the ground beneath.

South of the chaos of the Falcon’s Perch Frontier Prime War location is a calm and serene area full of pampas grass. The white feathery grass covers the low hill, making for an endless view of the soft white grass with the desert’s mountains in the background.

This area is a lovely location if you like the more sepia hues provided by the Blackheart region, not to mention it’s very close to a lot of the end-game locations. With the peaceful vibe it gives, it’s almost too easy to forget the constant prime wars going on nearby.

Another location that the Chalk Peak region can boast about is the yellow wind chime forest along the road. This area of lush yellow leaves makes it feel like its autumn all year round. The great view of the bridge in the background is also a plus.

Considering that this location is along the main road, it’s not difficult to get to. you may enjoy a scenic drive through the area while you’re heading west to see the mangrove forests and waterfalls ahead of you.

Apart from the main landmass that makes up 90 percent of the map, there are islands in the south that can be visited by crossing the sea. In the southeast corner of the map, you’ll notice a heart-shaped island. The island may be a hassle to get to, but the views it offers makes it so worth it.

The island is free from structures, making it a beautiful natural getaway. The highlight of this island though is the lavender field that sits in the center, surrounded by the beaches along the edges. It makes the perfect tropical-meets-floral territory aesthetic.
