More than any other planet inStar Wars Outlaws, Tatooine is stuffed to the brim with references to classic Star Wars. That includes the diminutive, hooded Jawas, the very first alien species to appear onscreen in a Star Wars film.
Once you’ve secured the help of the Jawas in upgrading the Trailblazer and gained the expertise of the Hotfixer, you’re able to learn the Jawaese art of negotiation, M’Gasha. This skill will get you a discount at merchants for the rest of the game, but to unlock it you’ll need to find five hidden Jawas throughout Tatooine.
M’Gasha reduces the buy cost and increases the sell price of all goods by ten percent.
Entip
Jawa Camp
Entip trades parts and salvage at theJawa Sandcrawleron the southern edge of the Tatooine map - the same one that you visit for the Hotfixer quest. If you didn’t talk to them the first time, don’t worry - the Sandcrawler is aFast Travel Point,so you can easily return and visit Entip without having to take a long trip across the desert.
Tak’Tak Tandishek
Mos Eisley Ship Workshop
If you’ve completed The Hotfixer quest, chances are you’ve already met Tak’Tak… or walked right by them without even noticing. Tak’Tak trades parts in theship workshop of Mos Eisley- the same place that directs you to seek the Jawas for a turret upgrade. If you don’t have the components you need for an upgrade at the main desk, Tak’Tak might have what you need.
If you missed the Jawa on your first visit, you can easily return via fast travel, since the shop isjust east of Docking Bay 94.
Nizuma Chith
Outside Chalmun’s Cantina
The most infamous cantina in the galaxy is on the east side of Mos Eisley, and Nizuma Chith has a merchant stall set up just outside. Several quests involve visiting Chalmun’s Cantina, and there’s a Broker there for you to pick up easy jobs, so if you haven’t met Nizuma yet you can always stop by the next time you’re in the area.
You don’t actually have to buy anything from any of the Jawa Traders for them to count toward unlocking M’Gasha - you just need to talk to them.
Tretet Zadiket
South Jundland Wastes
From the Sandcrawer, follow the main road eastalong the south edge of the map. Keep an eye out on your left for a small Jawa camp up a hill, just before the Jundland Wastes opens up into the Great Chott Salt Flat. You’ll find Tretet Zadiket here.
This camp is also the starting point forfindingone of Jet Kordo’s vaults on Tatooine, so it’s a good idea to start the Holotracker quest by finding the first vault on Toshara before visiting Tretet.
Pinota Pakinota
Hidden Sandfall
Pinota is thehardest Jawa to find, residing at the top of a dangerous cliff. Midway betweenGarrick Ranchand theImperial Terminal, look for asteep ramp to the south.Use the Speeder’s boost to jump it and find a hidden area. When you arrive at the sandfall, keep to the left.
Climb up the cliff walls, doubling back so that you end upabove the area that you came from. You’ll probably have to fight a pack of massifs or two along the way, so have your blaster ready and make sure your bacta vials are topped up before attempting the climb.
Pinota waits at the top of the cliff, but don’t stop exploring once you’ve done your shopping - there are plenty of hidden treasures in this canyon to seek out!
