It is amandatory requirement to unlock the Solar Generatormemetic unlocked before the Electrical Kit. If you have not invested Ciphers into this branch of Logistics,you will need five extra Ciphers and 700 extra Energy Linksto unlock the Solar Generator as well.
How To Craft Storage Batteries In Once Human
While many items unlocked using memetics are available in the build menu, theStorage batteries must be crafted on the Intermediate Supplies Workbench.Thecomponents needed to craft Storage Batteriesinclude the following items:
While you canacquire Steel Ingots by smelting Iron Orewith Charcoal in the furnace, the remaining components required for crafting this itemcan only be obtained by looting and disassembling items.

You canfarm these ingredients in the first map zone,but you mustprogress into the second map zone to obtain“Standard Parts” which are required to build the Intermediate Supplies Workbench.This is why it will be difficult to acquire Storage Batteries during the early game.
How To Get Steel Ingots For Crafting Storage Batteries
Although the list of items required to build Storage Batteries is relatively straightforward, many playerscan have trouble sourcing Steel Ingots.This is becauseIron Ore is relatively hard to come byin the two starting zones of the map.
Before progressing into the second map zone(where you will find Standard Parts for the Intermediate Supplies Workbench), you canhead to the Teleportation Tower located northwest of Dayton Hospitalandfarm some Iron Orethere.
By adding this step to your preparation, you won’t have to worry about finding Iron Ore once you are ready to use your new Supplies Workbench.
