InDisney Dreamlight Valley, you’ll work together with a variety of Disney and Pixar characters to make the village a better place. After restoring the valley from the harm done by the Forgetting, you’ll want to make sure it never happens again. The Night Mites that appear without warning threaten the peace you’ve fought for!
Thankfully, Timon and Pumbaa are here to help! Together, the three of you can ensure the village is safe from another catastrophic event, and the renowned bug catchers can enjoy a filling meal afterwards. Here’s where to find the Night Mite Queen and how to catch her!
Where To Find The Night Mite Queen
After progressing through the first two parts in the questline, you cancheck in with Timonfor the next steps. He leads you to theportal to the Dark Castlein the Plaza. The last of the Night Mites are just through there, within the castle–including the queen!
Jump through the portal andtalk to Timon inside, then enter the Dark Castle. You’ll need toclear out all five nests and ten Night Miteswithin the castle. If you have trouble reaching them,remove the Night Thornsin your way!
There are up to three Night Mites ineach section of the castleand at least one nest.
Once you’ve got them all,regroup with Timonat the top of the castle. He’sfound the Night Mite Queen’s Nest, but you can’t get past the glowing rocks on your own.
Head over to thebarrel by the balconyand pick up theDark Pickaxe Upgrade. Use it in your inventory, thensmash through the rocksand break the queen’s nest.
Catch the three mitesthat erupt from the broken nest,along with the queen, to fully clear out the castle.Return to Timon, then head back through the portal to Dreamlight Valley.
This is as far as you can progress until youcomplete The Infestation Finalewith Merlin!
