There’s plenty to do inAle & Tale: Tavern, from fighting off monsters to growing your own crops. While running your establishment, you’ll come across various characters in need of your help. Some are just too busy to make their own food and others are quite limited in their options. However, as the traveler, you’re able to lend a hand.

12Aquarius - The Mermaid
January 20 - Feb 18
If you’re an Aquarius, you’re likely to be the more progressive friend in the group. You’re also independent and original, much like the mermaid. She’s one-of-a-kind and has a taste for good food–specifically seafood dishes. Her uncompromising nature makes her a force to be reckoned with, and she knows her worth.
She doesn’t like to be lonely and loves when you come to visit. After you help her, she’ll even show you how to fish so you’re able to create new dishes at your tavern (and get rid of her pesky neighbors in the process)!
11Pisces - Herbalist
February 19 - March 20
The herbalist is a powerful woman with an immense knowledge of alchemy. She creates powerful potions for her clientele and works diligently to hone her craft. Every bit as wise and gentle as a Pisces should be, you may find yourself aligning most with the herbalist.
Being alone and more in touch with your spiritual side can be a good thing, but don’t neglect your friends. Also, don’t forget to exercise caution, let you attract the wrong kind of attention with your experiments. Surely the herbalist didn’t mean to attract so many bears.

The most steadfast and reliable character in Ale & Tale: Tavern is the merchant, who valiantly stands guard outside his tent every single day, no matter what manner of monster passes by. This stalwart man is patient, uncompromising, and responsible–making him a definite Taurus.
If you’re anything like the merchant, you know how to spot a good deal. You also sense the potential in others and can help them achieve their goals by supporting them. Just don’t forget to let the little things slide now and then.
8Gemini - The Hermit
May 21 - June 20
Gentle and adaptable, if you’re a Gemini, you’re most like the hermit at the edge of the forest. Living in his quaint cottage, the hermit loves to cook and spend time away from large crowds. However, he can be a bit absentminded.
As a Gemini, enjoy your hobbies in peace, but don’t forget to schedule some social time with friends. Even if crowded taverns aren’t your scene, there’s always a friend that would love your company. Exchange ideas and discuss plans with them, and maybe you’ll learn something new!
7Cancer - The Fairy

4Libra - Scary The Scarecrow

Within the lowest levels of the dungeon, you’ll encounter the cultist. Powerful and resourceful, this boss is undeniably a Scorpio. While prone to violence in thoughts and actions, he’s sure to be a good friend to those he deems worthy. However, feelings of jealousy towards the living and a manipulative nature can get in the way of nurturing those types of relationships.
