Kohryu in Persona 3 Reload Episode Aigis.

The majority of these Personas are ultimate Personas of their arcana, which Aigis can access by way of special fusion without needing to do the protagonist’s social links in the DLC, as her Compendium is separate. They become expensive before long, though, so be sure to visit Paulownia Mall and sell some loot to Officer Kurosawa before heading into thefight against your friends.

Useful Skills/Stats

If you’re taking Aigis’ healer role seriously in the Colosseo Purgatorio fights, Kohryu serves that role in all three stages of the battle against SEES. Though it’s offensively a Light user which isn’t of use here, Kohryu has a plethora of innate healing skills and support abilities for the fights.

Not only can you use Mediarahan to restore Metis and Aigis both to full health, it’ll cost less to use once Kohryu learns Spell Master to cut the SP cost. If you’re planning ahead, using Concentrate with Kohryu before switching to a more offensively strong Persona is always a good move to double your magic damage output.

You can probably guess what kind of damage Futsunushi deals offensively just by looking at him and his collection of floating swords, but if you need to deal some serious Slash damage during the Colosseo Purgatorio fight, he’s your guy (as long as Koromaru isn’t on the field to use his Dark magic to exploit Futsunushi’s weakness).

Norn in Persona 3 Reload Episode Aigis.

A lot of Futsunushi’s use in this battle is passive, though, with Apt Pupil boosting your chance of landing critical damage while Sharp Student halves the chance Aigis takes any herself. Add Unshaken Will as a buffer for Charm while Mitsuru is in battle, and Futsunushi is indispensable!

Alilat in Persona 3 Reload Episode Aigis.

The Allfather is almost always useful in the Persona games, and the Colosseo Purgatorio fights in Episode Aigis is no exception. Though you may want to get some kind of Wind resistance on him to negate his weakness to it, Odin is the first Persona able to use Thunder Reign innately, the heaviest Electric damage you’re able to inflict on a single target.

Elec Amp comes at level 76 to bolster his already impressive magic stat to pack an even more shocking punch, while Spell Master reduces the staggering 46SP cost down to only 23SP. If you’re able to get off a Concentrate before using Thunder Reign under these conditions, you’re sure to deal some serious damage.

Blocks Fire, drains Wind, repels Ice. Invigorate 3 to recover 7 SP each turn in battle. Panta Rhei to deal strong Wind damage. Wind Amp to bolster Wind damage with an already high magic stat. Mediarahan and Salvation to heal Metis and Aigis both.

Creating Saturnus in Persona 3 Reload Episode Aigis.

Though Norn has the lowest base level of any Persona on our list, it’s still a heavy-hitter in the Colosseo Purgatorio battles! You’ll need to mind its Electricity weakness, but it handles almost every other base element other than Light and Dark with ease, even turning some of them into offensive attacks when attacked by them.

Not only is Norn good for excellent Wind damage (especially with Wind Amp and a high base magic stat), it’s also got access to two critical healing skills for this battle. Mediarahan heals the party fully, but if that’s not enough, Salvation does the same thingandcures any ailment other than KO. Norn is great here both offensively and defensively.

Though it’s not very helpful while fighting Koromaru and Junpei with its dual Fire and Darkness weaknesses, Alilat is a veritable tank when it comes to the Yukari and Mitsuru battle. Not only does Alilat block Ice from Mitsuru and resist Wind from Yukari, you can even unlock Repel Pierce at level 91 to dampen Yukari’s offense even more.

In terms of attacking the ladies, though, Alilat learns Inferno at level 89, giving you access to the heaviest-damage Fire magic move without opening up an Ice weakness to use it. You can also use Maziodyne on both the girls to not only exploit Yukari’s weakness and get a follow-up attack, but you stand a great chance at Shocking them, too.

Attis’ Light and Dark dual weakness can prove something of a pain if either Ken or Koromaru is in battle, unless you’ve got a way to counter it, but its defensive abilities are all but necessary during this trio of tough challenges. Reflecting Wind damage and blocking Fire entirely keep it relatively safe from Yukari and Junpei, but Attis can instantly revive if KO’d sometimes.

Attis has three survival moves that make it critical to enduring the battle. Survival Trick isn’t too helpful here, sure, but Endure (which survives a fatal hit with 1HP) and Enduring Soul (which restores your HP and revives you instantly after one KO in battle) are critical to have if you’re playing on any difficulty that doesn’t allow you an instant restart when Aigis dies in battle.

Innate access to Inferno and Maragidyne. Fire Amp at level 77 to increase Fire damage. Drains Fire, blocks Wind. Repel Ice at level 82 to negate Ice weakness. Heat Riser to boost all stats for one ally. Concentrate to boost Inferno’s damage.

Saturnus may go by a few names in Persona, but its Fire magic is absolutely nothing to understate. With a critically high magic stat and access to Fire Amp at level 77, Saturnus can use Infero, the heaviest Fire attack, with even more impressive force behind it than normal.

Though it is weak to Ice, it learns Repel Ice at level 82 to negate this weakness, covering all of its bases from there. If you level it up to where it knows Repel Ice before the battle, Saturnus is critical for the fight with Mitsuru and Yukari especially, able to wail on Mitsuru’s Fire weakness without taking any Ice damage in exchange.

Is Lucifer the highest level Persona we’re recommending on this list, and probably alsothe most difficult to obtain? Yes, but he’s included because he’s an absolute game-changer for the fight if you’re both strong enoughto fuse him in the Velvet Room, have all the requisite Personas to do so, and have the cash on hand to summon them again if need be.

Lucifer has no weaknesses for any of the opposing teams to exploit, and he also drains both Fire and Electric, rendering Akihiko, Ken, Junpei, and Koromaru all strikingly less effective in battle. Offensively, he has access to Inferno at level 90, Panta Rhei at level 92, and Diamond Dust at level 94, so pack as many severe-level magic attacks into Lucifer’s repertoire as possible before this tough end-game fight.
