Summary
The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdomcould be praised for any number of reasons. One of its more noticeable accomplishments is using a creative cast of characters to liven up the vast kingdom of Hyrule they live in.
Some characters are familiar, others remind us of old friends, and some characters are entirely new. Whatever category they fall into, these characters have distinct personalities that shine through in their actions. With all these fantastic new characters to make Hyrule that much more lively, you may have one final question. Which character are you, based on your zodiac sign?
12Aries - Dradd
March 21 - April 19
Dradd is the leader of the River Zora, known for his brash, impulsive nature. Though widely respected by his own people, he’s constantly at odds with the queen of the Sea Zora, Kushara. When they work together, though, Zadd can play beautiful, powerful music on his horn that can brighten any Zora child’s day.
Dradd is bold and energetic, which can lead to clashing with the more calm and serene Kushara. In fact, the two end up competing with each other. He may be impatient and act before thinking, but he always does his best to help. This natural leader is just as much Aries as he is a Zora.
11Taurus - Impa
April 20 - May 20
Impa is an old Shiekah womanwho has been serving the royal family for years. She cares deeply for Zelda and, as her attendant, always tries to help however she can. Sometimes, that way just happens to be taking down a few royal soldiers to help the princess escape.
Like a proper Taurus, Impa is deeply loyal to those she cares about. She’s calm and reasonable, but don’t let that make you think she won’t take action when the situation calls for it. This hardworking attendant will do what she must to keep Zelda safe.
10Gemini - Tri
May 21 - June 20
Tri is a strange fairy from another dimension who has chosen to aid Zelda in her quest to seal the rifts and save Hyrule. Only those who have been inside a rift can see Tri, but this fairy has tons of abilities to make up for that. They power the aptly named Tri Rod and can bond with objects to move things too heavy for Zelda to move alone or carry the princess along with a moving object.
Being from another world, there’s much Tri doesn’t know about Hyrule. They’re curious and eager to learn. This adventurous little soul is also eager to reach out to those who can see them and is rather friendly too. As such, Tri makes a perfect Gemini.
9Cancer - Dampe
June 21 - July 22
Past fans of the seriesmay recognize Dampe as the graveyard keeper from past games. This time, however, he’s put down his shovel to create automatons to help Zelda in her quest. He may look scary, but Dampe has a heart of gold.
Dampe may seem rather homely, but that plain appearance hides a brilliant mind. He may be a little over his head if a simple Crow can get in his way though. Once he has his tools back, he’s happy to focus on his work. It takes an intuitive and creative mind to create the sort of automatons he does, as well as an artistic flair. This former gravekeeper is now a fitting Cancer.
8Leo - General Wright
July 23 - August 22
General Wright is aptly named, as he’s the right-hand man of the King of Hyrule. He leads his knights into battle with bravery and a bit of drama, but a better captain of the guard can’t be found in this version of Hyrule.
This lionhearted soldier is a textbook Leo. He’s a confident, natural leader, even when his own men try to claim he’s an impostor. He may be a little dramatic and act without thinking sometimes, but he has a good heart behind that lack of logic. It’s a good thing he has Minister Lefte to help keep his head straight.
7Virgo - Lueberry
August 23 - September 22
Lueberry is an old Sheikah man who lives to the north of Suthorn Village. He’s a brilliant inventor and one of the few people in the game who knew Link well before the hero set out on his quest. For a few Might Crystals,he can power up your Swordfighter form.
It takes an analytical, practical mind to work the forge like Lueberry does, and plenty of hard work too - qualities you’ll easily find in any Virgo. He’s constantly researching to improve his craft and better help the princess. He may be quick to judge strangers, but he does it in good faith. Minister Lefte and General Wright are fairly strange, after all.
6Libra - Kushara
September 23 - October 22
Kushara is the elegant queen of the Sea Zora, skilled with a harp and beloved by her people. However, she just can’t seem to get along with the leader of the River Zora, Dradd. Their personalities are too different, and they’re too stubborn to admit it when the other has a point.
However, when Kushara isn’t dealing with Dradd, she is a serene and graceful Libra. She’s adaptable and can admit when fair is fair. Sometimes, even she has to look past Dradd’s personality to admit he can do things she can’t.
5Scorpio - Link
October 23 - November 21
Link is the silent hero who rushed in to save the princess before she even knew who he was. He comes from Suthorn Village, but he’s fought his way into being a worthy hero.
While Link may not have a lot to say, he lets his actions speak for him.He’s brave and loyal to his kingdom, even if he’s having to act behind the scenes to save everyone this time around. This perceptive and heroic soul makes for a classic Scorpio.
4Sagittarius - Dohna
November 22 - December 21
Dohna is the daughter of the Chief Seera and captain of the Gerudo guards. She strives to reach her mother’s expectations, while also doing what she thinks is best for her people - even if that means ignoring the Gerudo advisor’s advice.
Dohna is an adventurous soul who is more than optimistic about her work. If someone needs help - be it cactus juice or a chance to test the guards' abilities - Dohna is there with a plan of action. Surely, this young Gerudo must be a Sagittarius.
3Capricorn - Minister Lefte
December 22 - January 19
Whereas General Wright is the might behind Hyrule, Minister Lefte is the brains to back him up. When Zelda frees her from the rift near Suthorn Village, she’s more than happy to provide tips on the locations of the other rifts.
Minister Lefte is goal-oriented and logical enough to see things through, even if she doesn’t like how they’re going. She comes across as more serious and sensible than General Wright, but someone needs to keep his brash nature in check. It all checks out. Minister Lefte is obviously a Capricorn.
